What is collected

The question form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic and question you share, your reply preference, consent records, and basic source information such as referral and campaign tags. The optional GLP Clarity Check collects your email only when you request the guide, your score band, broad clarity segment, top opportunity identifiers, consent records, and campaign tags.

The Strength & Routine Check

You can answer the eight questions without entering contact details. The final step asks for your name, email and explicit guide-request and privacy permissions before opening your score and free planner. Answers are used in the current page to calculate your result. The result, selected focus, starting points and guide-request status are kept in this browser tab using session storage, so the result can remain available when you reload. Taking the check again clears the saved result and request status.

The signup sends your name, email, explicit permissions, a standard request for the planner, the page path and campaign source, medium and campaign name. The server also records the request time and browser user-agent information. Your quiz answers, score and selected focus are not included in that request or saved in the lead record. Campaign tags are kept in this tab to connect a submitted request to its source.

Your score and planner open immediately after a successful signup. The required request permits delivery of this guide and a personal reply about it only. It does not itself enroll you in marketing. When automatic guide-email delivery is configured, a transactional email provider processes your email address and the generic planner email. Quiz answers, scores and selected focus are excluded; future guide emails use SendGrid open and HTML link measurement to show whether the email was loaded and which links were followed. The result page tells you if an email could not be sent. If automatic delivery is not configured, your request is saved for Susanne and the planner is still available on the result page.

Optional seven-day email series

When offered, a separate unchecked box lets you request seven daily routine and product emails from Susanne Charlton, including commercial offers for triGLP and IGNYT. This is optional and does not affect your free planner. Susanne Charlton's mailing address is 600 B St, San Diego, CA 92101. You can contact her through the public Facebook link on the main site.

For this series, we keep your email address, the time, exact consent wording and version, the associated request, subscription status and delivery records. SendGrid processes the recipient address and message content. Quiz answers, scores and health information are excluded. Future series emails use SendGrid open and HTML link measurement. We keep message-level open and click times and the named link followed in the protected Growth Desk. Automatic image loading and security scanners can produce activity, so these records do not prove a person read the email. We do not store network addresses, user-agent details or full clicked URLs in the engagement report. Plain-text, unsubscribe, private profile-sharing and privacy links are excluded from click tracking. Product links go to Susanne's ORYGN referral store, where purchases are governed by that store's terms and privacy notice. Susanne may earn a commission from purchases through her links.

Every series email includes an unsubscribe link that works without signing in, plus one-click unsubscribe for supporting email providers. Opening the visible link shows a confirmation; pressing Unsubscribe stops future series messages. We keep a minimal suppression record so another guide request cannot silently enroll you again. A message already handed to the provider may still arrive. Unsubscribing from the series does not prevent delivery of a new free guide you specifically request. The series ends after seven messages; no additional campaign is automatically added. There is no automated ORYGN purchase connection. An approved operator can stop the series after a purchase or a personal stop request.

How it is used

To diagnose problems with the Strength check, we count quiz starts, completed quizzes and signup attempts in daily totals using Pacific time. These counters contain only the date, step name and count. They do not store visitor identifiers, answers, scores, contact details or campaign tags. A temporary network hash is used in server memory for rate limiting and is not stored in these counters. Successful requests are counted separately from saved lead records. These operational counts are not sent to Meta.

Susanne uses this information to review your question, reply when appropriate, deliver a guide you request, and understand which educational topics are most useful. Requesting the guide does not itself enroll you in commercial messages. Optional series permission is separate and unchecked by default. A question does not enroll you in an automatic sales sequence. Existing planner-only requests are not automatically added to the series.

Where it is stored

Submitted information is stored in Susanne's protected Growth Desk database. Access is limited to approved operators. A temporary one-way network identifier is used for basic rate limiting and is not saved with your question.

For internal follow-up, approved operators may receive a notification in a private Telegram team group containing your name, email, optional phone number, general source and submission time, with a link to the protected Growth Desk. Telegram processes and stores those notification messages under its privacy policy. Quiz answers, scores, questions and private notes are not included in these notifications. Telegram bot conversations are not end-to-end encrypted. Daily reports contain aggregate lead and advertising statistics.

Optional social reply preference

After a saved request, you may share your own Facebook or Instagram profile link and optional profile name, and separately ask Susanne to reply to that request there. This is optional and does not create marketing consent. We store the supplied link, name, permission wording version and time with your request, visible only to approved operators. A supplied profile is not verified account ownership.

The separate contact page does not load the Meta advertising Pixel. A random single-use receipt links the form to your saved request; the database stores only its hash, and it expires after 48 hours for new signups. A personal invitation link may remain available for seven days. Its private receipt is removed from the address bar when the page opens. Opening the Facebook button takes you to Facebook, which processes your visit under its own policies. Sharing your profile does not send a message automatically.

Health information

This site provides general wellness information and is not a medical service. Neither check asks for diagnoses, medication status, symptoms, side effects, treatment details or weight data. For both checks, raw question answers are not stored in the database. Do not submit medical records or other sensitive health information through the forms.

Email measurement and choices

Measurement applies to future emails after the October 27, 2026 update; activity from earlier untracked emails cannot be recovered. SendGrid processes email interaction events under its own privacy practices. You can block remote images in your email app to limit open measurement, use plain-text links, unsubscribe from the optional series, or ask Susanne to stop contacting you. This email measurement is separate from Meta advertising and does not send email engagement or quiz information to Meta.

Your choices

The GLP Clarity and Strength checks, their results and planner-request confirmation do not load the Meta advertising Pixel or send website conversion events from this application. Earlier advertising choices do not enable measurement. This site clears its earlier Meta advertising cookies when these updated pages load. Quiz answers, scores, selected focus, names, email addresses and reply details are not sent to Meta through website measurement.

The separate general Strength & Routine Planner can be requested through a Meta Instant Form. Meta records the form submission within its own service. Authorized retrieval brings the name, email, form and lead identifiers, request time and request permission into the protected Growth Desk. That request does not enroll anyone in the optional product series. Read the planner privacy notice.

You can ask Susanne to stop contacting you or request that your submitted information be corrected or deleted by replying to her response or contacting her through the Facebook link on the main site.
